Once you have placed your order, we will be over the moon and will start working for you immediately :)

The Netherlands:
We will ship your package within 2-3 working days.
Your order will be delivered free of charge from €75.
Below €75 you pay €3.50 shipping costs.

Belgium:
We will ship your package within 2-3 working days.
Your order will be delivered free of charge from €75.
Below €75 you pay €5.50 shipping costs.

For personalized items, shipping may take a little longer, up to 5 working days.

Your package will be delivered to your home by bicycle by our Bicycle Courier delivery service.

If you do not live in an area where we come by bicycle, your order will be delivered to your home via one of the other delivery services. Of course, in all cases you will receive a track & trace code to track your order.

Returns

We try to do everything we can to ensure that you are completely happy with your new purchase! But are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem, Studio over the Moon has a return period of 14 days after receipt of your order (with the exception of personalized items).

The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The product must not be worn or damaged.

How do you return an order?

1. Send a return request to the email address hello@studiooverthemoon.nl with your name, reason and date of return.
2. Pack the items in the original packaging or in well-protected packaging.
3. Make sure that the package contains your name and order number, so that we know that the return package is yours.

Please note: if you do not request a return request by email, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return.

You will receive a confirmation from us once we have processed your return shipment. We will refund the purchase amount to you as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving your return. However, we may wait until we have received the products.

The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note: the return costs are for your own account.

We advise you to send your return package with a track & trace code, because if the return package is unfortunately lost, we are not responsible for this.
